There may exist three stages of style changes in the evolution of Western art history in Taiwan during the past century prior to the Second World War (1945). Showcasing three themes, this exhibition presents and studies the course of early development of painting styles in Taiwan’s fine arts and reconstructs manifestations of precious artworks in the history thereof from a different perspective.
